Pro-Tect replaced my central heating & water gas boiler, installed 2 new rads and replaced two others. The work was completed in super fast time by guys who were a pleasure to have around. Fantastic, finally a company you can rely on. Very friendly, polite and efficient. I was filled with confidence from when I first called to arrange a boiler service, fix an leak and a gas safety certificate and they did not disappoint. They arrived on time and completed everything I needed. Nothing was too much trouble, they were very respectful and left no mess. Price was as quoted and very reasonable. Paperwork was emailed the same day. Amazing company.

Fantastic company work was brilliant and carried out to the highest standards, Chris was polite and always on time everyday I would recommend him to anyone we need further work doing to the house and will be calling him again very good on his prices also.

Chris was excellent at communicating what work had been completed every day and what his plan for the following day was. All work has been carried out to the highest standard. Don't normally leave reviews etc, but felt obliged following the work done. Would strongly recommend.

Very professional, courteous and friendly. He had everything he needed for the job, completed it efficiently and checked gas safety afterwards.

Came straight over within the hour to look at the leak, which was coming through the kitchen ceiling. Leak was found quickly and he came back within the same day after finishing at another job. He came back in the morning to finish off and in addition also replaced the water pump. Carried out the work efficiently and effectively, keeping us up to date with the progress. Very reasonable priced, professional and approachable. Would highly recommend.

After no running water and heating for 4 days and being messed about by one company, I finally came across Bryan Heating and I am so happy I did. Stop cock start leaking at a rapid rate, quick call to Chris and he came straight over after finishing the job he was on and quickly replaced the stopcock. He was planning to replace some seals but as it was the original stopcock it had seized and he was unable to strip it down. Great service again.

It took less than a week from making an initial enquiry to having the work completed and signed off. This included a visit to assess what was needed; a quote which arrived the next day, and an engineer booked in. Our options were explained clearly throughout and advice given. The work was carried out in a careful, friendly and professional way and we are completely satisfied with the result.One thing that impressed us was having a quote for the job and not the time needed to carry it out. Our work took longer than expected and ran into a second day. This didn't cost us any more and we felt reassured that it wasn't being rushed to complete on time.We would recommend KA Heating & Plumbing and will use them again, if necessary.

Boiler Replacement and en suite - excellent!! Christian and his team of fitters have today completed fitting a new en suite and Worcester boiler. I would describe everyone as polite, professional and willing to ensure that the job is completed to your satisfaction. The pricing is also very competitive considering the high standard of work. The en suite needed gutting including walls, ceilings and flooring. I opted to supply my own sanitary ware & tiles which CityHeating was happy to fit. Our shower cubicle was widened & during this, it became apparent that the hot water system needed replacing. Despite our initial request to complete the en suite only, Christian priced up the boiler and we decided to have a replacement system. It was fitted it immediately Our house was left clean and tidy on every occasion that the guys came round. I would recommend CityHeating team
