Excellent friendly service, they installed a new boiler 3 years ago and have maintained the system annually. Would recommend their workmanship.

The new fire was fitted to timescales and Ben did a very quick and excellent job. He made sure I was happy with the work and gave instructions on how to use. Zeal South West also fitted and service my boiler every year and I cannot speak highly enough of the service I receive. Would recommend them to anyone.

We have had this heating unit since 2005 fitted by Parr and Evans. Always serviced by them. This service needed a new fan, ordered by them very quickly and appointment booked . Although Ben arrived later than booked, he had been delayed by other services. He fitted fan very quickly and efficiently sorted out wiring problem.

Ben the engineer arrived at 6.45 pm, he found the fault within two minutes the job was completed in half-hour. We have used Ben before and he is a first class heating engineer.

Fast, efficient, very tidy, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Good communicators, excellent time keepers. Mindful of Covid 19 restrictions and keeping us safe. Hardworking, reliable and a pleasure to deal with. Can't find any faults! Would definitely recommend.

We just wanted to record our gratitude to your engineer Tom for his help and expertise yesterday. The Boiler was re-pressurised and serviced….More importantly, in order to avoid any unnecessary draining/ sluicing of the radiators, Tom kindly offered to check them out (they were unbalanced and exhibiting hot and cold ‘spots’). After 10 or 15 mins he got all of the rads balanced and putting out a good, even temperature. We really appreciate the time he took to help with the central heating which was over and above the call of duty, so to speak… just wanted you to know how much we appreciated his efforts. Had a AC unit installed on a mezz floor on 04/06/21/ Really impressed with the quality of the work done and the speed which we had the AC installed! Less than a week from quote to installed.  The engineers were extremely hard working and very polite. The AC itself is a game charger. Taking a barely usable mezz floor to a cool workspace !
