From the first contact with Cheryl to the completion of the install, the customer service was excellent. Andy was very helpful during the quotation stage and pointed out improvements that could be made and then also highlighted where there could be issues with the initial design. Colin and the installation team arrived on time every day and were polite at all times. Their workmanship was exceptional and the final installation is fantastic, with there being no complaints or re-work The quotation for the whole job also matched as a minimum or beat other larger and smaller companies and quotes.

Brunton Brothers have done several jobs for me over the last 5 years. This includes installing a new boiler, fixing a leaking boiler, pipe fitting and installing a new radiator. I trust their advice and highly recommend them.

Our very old boiler broke down, I called Brunton Bros (excellent reviews on checkatrade) and Andy came out that day to have a look. As it was so old and not worth throwing money at they gave a full detailed quote that day for a new boiler. The team fitted it within 7days, the install was very professionally done and the guys were friendly and happy to answer any questions. Tidyed up at the end of the day and took all old stuff away. Received gas safety certificate and warranty. I was really impressed and will use Brunton for my yearly service to keep the warranty going. I would highly recommend you to give them a call

Excellent, stress free service. I required a boiler repair. The issues with my boiler was quickly diagnosed and the correct part ordered. Andy and Jay are brilliant at Gas Mark 1. Called as my boiler was leaking, Andy came the next day and order the part for me. When the part came, we spoke about getting a new boiler as the bolier I had was very old. Andy talked about the best boiler for our house and it was fitted 2 days later. Really friendly guys, who are tidy and get the job done. Even offered to help my son out with his plumbing course!

I would recommend Andy. My boiler had completely broken down , it was very old and I knew it needed replacing. It was Thursday before Christmas Eve and very cold, I rang Andy and he came the very next day, went got a new boiler and it was fitted before the week end ! Met Andy for the first time over a year ago. Issue with central heating, he came over and fixed it for free within 10 minutes! A few months later we decided to change our boiler and called upon Andy again. Top job from start to finish, and a friendly guy all round. I was even his "apprentice" for a few days while the work took place! A year later and just had the annual service done on the boiler. Can't recommend Andy and Gas Mark 1 enough, you don't find tradesmen like this every day
