Hutchinson Heating provided me with a high standard of service on two occasions. My wife was 9 months pregnant and the gas board shut our supply off with no assistance, due to a marginal leak they could not find. I called Mark who attended the scene in 60 mins and resolved the leak immediately, turning the heating back on. Subsequently we have used Hutchinson Heating to replace our boiler and radiators. I cannot fault the effort and expertise Mark provided and feel confident not only in the products Mark recommended (Bosch boiler) but in the workmanship and post completion service and competitive pricing that he offers. I have no doubt who I’ll be calling with regards to all heating and plumbing requirements in the future.

We thoroughly recommend Mark for any gas related work. He accommodated us with a Saturday appointment, went about his work in a very thorough manner (a gas connection and full safety check – on a house we have just bought which is in poor condition) and at the end we had an informative discussion. He went through the heating system with us in detail, letting us know what was good/not so good and ways to keep it in best working order etc. He went the extra mile in his work at the property – and all this for a very reasonable price. We now have a solid knowledge of the heating system and feel safe and at ease using it. Mark is a very professional and likable guy and we will definitely request him for any future gas jobs.
