Jamie fitted a new shower in our en suite bathroom. As we did not need to have a full bathroom refit Jamie’s planning and design ideas meant that the new shower fitted in very well with the existing bathroom suite. Work was undertaken to a high standard and furthermore, Jaime’s professional and friendly approach was excellent.

Jamie is the best plumber I have ever come across. Previous experiences with plumbers have not always been great! Jamie took the job at short notice because of the urgency, and the work was carried out to the highest standard. Nothing was too much trouble and he even rearranged his workload to fit this particular job in. Jamie is professional, friendly and I have no hesitation in recommending him as an excellent plumber.

We have a maintenance agreement with British Gas. They visited and told us that it was not a boiler issue but a plumber issue. We subsequently called Jamie and he ascertained that there were three possible issue that were all related to the boiler rather than a flow/plumbing issue. He provided a detailed written report along with his invoice. We will now go back to British gas with this information. He was very helpful and polite. He is also very knowledgeable. Excellent was our verdict.

I called Jamie and we made an appointment for the following week for our annual boiler inspection/service. He arrived when agreed and was refreshingly personable. He didn't check the radiators, but spent some time checking the boiler, flue and control device; and even the gas oven and meter. He completed the service manual and explained it and the price was exactly as stated. Perfect.
