We have had this heating unit since 2005 fitted by Parr and Evans. Always serviced by them. This service needed a new fan, ordered by them very quickly and appointment booked . Although Ben arrived later than booked, he had been delayed by other services. He fitted fan very quickly and efficiently sorted out wiring problem.

Ben the engineer arrived at 6.45 pm, he found the fault within two minutes the job was completed in half-hour. We have used Ben before and he is a first class heating engineer.
