Reliable and helpful. A breakdown in refrigeration is always a hassle. Bristowe came out, concluded sadly the existing appliance was beyond repair, arranged for a replacement from stock, delivered it, commissioned it and removed the old unit for recycling, with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency, at a very reasonable cost. Dealing throughout with people who understood the product. They perfomed simliarily well last time we were confronted with a failed refigeration appliance. Proper old fashioned local service. Very happy to have them in my contact book!

I needed a repair to an oil fired boiler and it is always hard to find good OFTEC registered heating engineers when you need one. Not used them before but decided to give Moorwarm a chance. I found Paul to be very knowledgeable and competent and he had my boiler fixed in a decent time frame. Bear in mind a good engineer is always busy engineer. The bill was pretty reasonable too. Very pleased with the overall service and they will be my first port of call when I next need my boiler fixed or serviced.

Our boiler failed the week before Christmas. APH Heating from Teignmouth quoted £1,000 less than British Gas to fit the same Worcester Bosch boiler, and fitted the boiler before Christmas. Paul's engineers, Francis & Mark were excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
