After not getting the help I needed at two other hvac companies, AirMaxx was the first company to find and fix my problem. The owner and office staff were so kind, even willing to contact Trane on my behalf. The technician was polite and explained everything. Well, what can I say, right from the very first phone call to the job being completed Gary provided a top class service. I had about 5 or 6 quotes to have a new boiler. I read through many Checkatrade reviews and Complete was one of the companies I contacted. Gary was very quick with a response, he came round had a good look at the job and provided a written quote very quickly. His pricing is very fair and his quotes are very clear. Our AC went down in the middle of the heat wave. I called couple of companies. It’s difficult get an appointment. My work colleague recommended Americool. I called and the tech came on the same day and made the precise diagnosis. The company ordered the parts the same day. We then scheduled a repair appointment on the day I can be home. Mine was the last appointment of that day, the tech still came to my house in the evening after the first few jobs. He started the work but needed additional tool. So he came back the next morning and completed the job.

Today, we needed service on three items in and around our house. Pete was our technician. I wanted to let you know what a great job Pete did for us. He arrived after contacting us by phone, learned what issues we had, and immediately got to work. He was very friendly and customer focused, and when he entered the house, without hesitating, he removed his shoes, even though I suggested that he did not have to do so. I do some part-time work for Art Avent, and so periodically I get to meet many of your technicians on new construction job sites. However, I had not met Pete. I hope you will let Pete know that we appreciated his help on our plumbing issues.
