AT identified a boiler issue, I reported it to British Gas who cover the boilermate and they couldn’t get near the price AT quoted and AT could do it that week, whereas BG was January. Tom moved my boiler from a bedroom upstairs and put a new one downstairs in my kitchen. He was very competitive on price. He made sure he did this in a timely manor and when Hit with a few problems with my house he didn’t let it faze him. He sorted the problems out so they didn’t get in the way of fitting my new boiler.
