Commercial HVAC Wedmore

Needed a new door frame for my log burner, Sandpits arranged for a replacement transferred the glass and fitted a new seal. I was unsure that I had fitted the door back correctly and when asked for an employee from their workshop visited to check. Communication was prompt and clear.

Survey went very well with more good advice and the fitters were great, very professional and polite. As soon as the fitters arrived. They apologised for being late due to the roads being flooded. They dust sheeted right through the bungalow. They explained what was going to happen and how they would go about it. I popped out for a while and left them to carry on. Both men were very polite and trustworthy, left tea and coffee to help themselves. Nothing was too much trouble. Showed me how to light and control the fire, a pleasure to have in our home. I had a wood burner fitted a couple of days ago. It involved a lot of work and a surprising amount of rubble chopping out the old open fireplace, removing brickwork etc, plastering, lining fitting flue and slate hearth. At every stage the guys were courteous and professional. They have done a fantastic job and I'm very pleased.

James Soutar, We HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. He installed two new boilers and a new bathroom and a new water main for our property in Taunton.  In London where He has put right the big mess created by other “cheeper” plumbers, he worked hard and long hours to get the job done on time. Called James out on Boxing Day to repair a burst waste pipe – turned up when he said he would, worked quickly and was very tidy. Had to re-route a new pipe as original pipe set up very awkward – very efficient. Would trust him in our house alone, which is important when you are out at work all day.
