Eddie answered right away and was able to accommodate me on short notice when I had no heat without making me wait all night for someone to show up. I called this morning (Sunday) after a quick Google search. The reviews were excellent and now I see why. I left a message and within 10m Eddie called me back. I explained that the call was actually for my parents home due to them having no heat overnight. He was very accommodating and said it would not be a problem to get out there today. Did I mention it was like 25 degrees and getting colder in their house as time clicked on?

2022 cold spell caused Hydronic Coil to burst, and it was a nightmare. Eddie was the only hvac person who knew what the issue was without even looking at it, and his installer James came to confirm what repairs were needed. Eddie kept in touch every phase to let me know where we were at obtaining parts and antifreeze during supply chain issues, and was able to get the parts quickly. He sent his installers Vinny and Robbie to do the job and they were fantastic.

We recently had a new Potterton gas boiler installed by Suffolk Heating Ipswich Limited. Our old boiler stopped working one weekend at the beginning of a very cold spell. Steve responded to our call extremely quickly. Within a day he provided us with a quote, which we accepted, and within four days of our old boiler ceasing to function, the new boiler was up and running. Steve went above and beyond and stayed late to finish the installation.
