Excellent service today! Karl Goodey came to service our LPG boiler and we also needed the radiators balancing to make the heating more efficient. He checked everything and recommended the replacement of a valve and some adjustments - he explained everything to us before going ahead with anything so we understood what was required and there were no hidden items in the invoice.  He was on time, worked efficiently and also helpful and polite. It is obvious he takes pride in his work. We'll be contacting Karl for any future plumbing jobs going forward. Thank you!
