You were absolutely spot on correct with your hunch about the water pipe, there was indeed a leak in the shower/wet room, caused by a kink in the pipe. The floor has been dug up, dried out and a new floor laid. Thank you so much Sherlock John! You have saved my mum a very costly expense and for that I am truly grateful. John's professionalism was evident from our first telephone conversation when he succinctly described the survey options open to me. He did not push any particular product but clearly explained the benefits and shortfalls of each. Having gone away and thought of which would suit me and more importantly the type of property I was looking to purchase I engaged John to carry out a top-level survey. After only a short wait the survey was carried out with reference to the vendor and external additional information and documentation. The results were sent to me in a timely manner and I was amazed at how thorough and extensive they were. Supported by photographs and documentation it clearly and methodically described the scope, results and actions where required in every area of the property. I found the layout very clear and the recommendations sensible, backed by John's clear knowledge and common sense approach. At almost 100 pages I felt it was money well spent. The document could have saved me thousands of pounds but in my case it simply bought me piece of mind!

Bought 3 heaters from Rio. Great heaters. Very quick to bring the room to set temperature. They stay warm for a while and keep room warm too. I have just brought four Eco Plus Ceramic Radiators from Rio Heating (one 2000W and three 1000W units) but had some questions before I brought them. I called up Rio Heating and spoke with David who was happy to answer all of my questions.Once I had purchased them the units were delivered the next working day, and having now installed them I cannot express enough their high build quality, ease of use, and how aesthetically pleasing they are. All four units are installed and connected to my mobile via the Tuya app so I can turn them on and off from both inside and outside the house, set schedules, and set up quick steps and "scenes" for home automation.Rio Heating and David have been highly responsive and great to do business with from start to finish, and I'll definitely be coming back here again when I move house and need new radiators.
