Reddi 2 Heat Ltd (formerly Jan Jagielski and Son LTD) was founded in the 90s, with over 25 years of service as a British Gas engineer Jan decided to take the plunge and “go it alone” to offer all aspects of domestic natural gas engineering work. After many years of hard work and dedication to his customers, Jan had built a very well respected business in Redditch and the surrounding areas. Jan took immense pride in making sure all customers, however big or small the work undertaken were treated with the upmost respect. This is something his son AJ, when joining the company in 2005 has always continued to deliver. After Jan’s sad passing in 2017 AJ and his mother, Debbie, took over the day to day running of the business to ensure that the customer focused based values live on to this day.

The company started in 2002 with one engineer and we have now expanded to three fully qualified engineers with over 55 years experience between us. We cater for all aspects in the heating industry simply ranging from a boiler service to a full heating and solar thermal hot water system. All of our engineers are always on continued industry led training and manufacturer’s appliance training. We always endeavour to provide a first class service and always try to accommodate our customer’s needs. For our larger landlords and letting agents they are given a unique username and password which allows them to access our system via our website which holds all of their property portfolio, current job notes, download all forms and even log their own jobs on our system to save time. We also carryout out of hours work to accommodate client’s needs and are available subject to availability for emergency call outs, out of hours, including weekends.
