I called this morning (Sunday) after a quick Google search. The reviews were excellent and now I see why. I left a message and within 10m Eddie called me back. I explained that the call was actually for my parents home due to them having no heat overnight. He was very accommodating and said it would not be a problem to get out there today. Did I mention it was like 25 degrees and getting colder in their house as time clicked on?

2022 cold spell caused Hydronic Coil to burst, and it was a nightmare. Eddie was the only hvac person who knew what the issue was without even looking at it, and his installer James came to confirm what repairs were needed. Eddie kept in touch every phase to let me know where we were at obtaining parts and antifreeze during supply chain issues, and was able to get the parts quickly. He sent his installers Vinny and Robbie to do the job and they were fantastic.

Central heating not working I called David out first thing one morning because my elderly mother had no heating. Despite having taken time off because of a heavy cold he came straight round. He completely cleaned out the whole system and did a very thorough job and wasn't prepared to leave until he was completely sure it was all working fine. Excellent service all round.

I recently moved to Kessingland and found that my central heating was not working. I called David and he arrived later that evening and fixed it (bearing in mind that during the winter he is extremely busy, so his promptness was remarkable). This problem was not as simple as it sounds because there was a mysterious issue that, with logic and considerable persistence, he tracked down. He is a highly intelligent and resourceful engineer who I would recommend very highly. I said 'Sorry to be such a problem.' He replied, 'You're not a problem, it's my job.' Had Dd heating round in the week. I called in the morning and he turned up that day at the time I asked to fit in with my work. Was a polite, friendly, professional young gentleman who I trusted to have in my home.
