We just wanted to record our gratitude to your engineer Tom for his help and expertise yesterday. The Boiler was re-pressurised and serviced….More importantly, in order to avoid any unnecessary draining/ sluicing of the radiators, Tom kindly offered to check them out (they were unbalanced and exhibiting hot and cold ‘spots’). After 10 or 15 mins he got all of the rads balanced and putting out a good, even temperature. We really appreciate the time he took to help with the central heating which was over and above the call of duty, so to speak… just wanted you to know how much we appreciated his efforts. My boiler failed on one of the coldest days of the year, and all I was getting was engaged tones when I rang around, that is until I got through to Rhys. He was with me in a couple of hours (even though I'm on the edge of his catchment area) and quickly identified and fixed the problem.
