My boiler failed on one of the coldest days of the year, and all I was getting was engaged tones when I rang around, that is until I got through to Rhys. He was with me in a couple of hours (even though I'm on the edge of his catchment area) and quickly identified and fixed the problem. Craig responded very promptly on a Friday night, when we had no hot water or heating! He diagnosed the problem quickly, by asking us simple questions. He sourced and ordered the new parts on the Saturday morning and immediately came around to repair our boiler. He was very knowledgable, polite and friendly. Needed a new door frame for my log burner, Sandpits arranged for a replacement transferred the glass and fitted a new seal. I was unsure that I had fitted the door back correctly and when asked for an employee from their workshop visited to check. Communication was prompt and clear.

Survey went very well with more good advice and the fitters were great, very professional and polite. The whole process was very quick from our visit to Sandpits to installation in less than two weeks. Would definitely recommend. Great people to deal with.

As soon as the fitters arrived. They apologised for being late due to the roads being flooded. They dust sheeted right through the bungalow. They explained what was going to happen and how they would go about it. I popped out for a while and left them to carry on. Both men were very polite and trustworthy, left tea and coffee to help themselves. Nothing was too much trouble. Showed me how to light and control the fire, a pleasure to have in our home. I had a wood burner fitted a couple of days ago. It involved a lot of work and a surprising amount of rubble chopping out the old open fireplace, removing brickwork etc, plastering, lining fitting flue and slate hearth. At every stage the guys were courteous and professional. They have done a fantastic job and I'm very pleased.
