Nicu at Cheshire Appliance Services is brilliant - extremely punctual, polite, respectful, knowledgeable and persistent. My dishwasher is very hard to access, meaning Nicu had to visit multiple times to attempt different repair solutions. His persistence paid off and he managed to repair it, and despite spending significant time over multiple visits, he stayed true to his original quote. I wouldn't hesitate to have Nicu back should any of my other appliances have any problems, he's a real gem. Thank you.

A chinchilla bit though the power cable and everybody that I contacted said they could not do it and was not bothered contacted Cheshire appliance and they came out and fix it no issues so now I have to cool happy chinchillas for summer so thank you!

27th May - Nicu is a friendly, knowledgeable engineer. He quickly found where the leak on our washing machine was coming from and explained how the fault happened. Sadly if we had called him out when the machine first became noisy he might have been able to make a repair but, now it has gone too far and the cost of replacement parts and labour make it as cheap to buy a new machine. Still, it has lasted about 20 years so we are not too surprised. Thank you Nicu for your help and advice. I would happily recommend you to any of our friends and neighbours.

I had a leak in my kitchen and called Higher Bebington Gas although it was only a small leak they were out promptly to replace a broken part were fast and effective very polite too.
