Heat Pump Installation Lowestoft

Central heating not working I called David out first thing one morning because my elderly mother had no heating. Despite having taken time off because of a heavy cold he came straight round. He completely cleaned out the whole system and did a very thorough job and wasn't prepared to leave until he was completely sure it was all working fine. Excellent service all round.

I recently moved to Kessingland and found that my central heating was not working. I called David and he arrived later that evening and fixed it (bearing in mind that during the winter he is extremely busy, so his promptness was remarkable). This problem was not as simple as it sounds because there was a mysterious issue that, with logic and considerable persistence, he tracked down. He is a highly intelligent and resourceful engineer who I would recommend very highly. I said 'Sorry to be such a problem.' He replied, 'You're not a problem, it's my job.' A truly professional approach. He is also a very nice bloke.

Had Dd heating round in the week. I called in the morning and he turned up that day at the time I asked to fit in with my work. Was a polite, friendly, professional young gentleman who I trusted to have in my home. Fixed my heating and afterwards even went round and sorted my radiators out aswell as a extra but for no extra charge. All done for his minimum payment which was very reasonable. Worked very clean and tidy. Found my new heating engineer, would not even think about calling anyone else. Highly recommend
