Recently had a new boiler fitted by Dean. Various options supplied including specifications and costs per option to supply and install, along with Hive (which we love). Fantastic service amd heating runs like a dream. Dean has been servicing our boilers for years and I can't recommend him highly enough

Alex and Jodie are both super efficient and make a great team, with excellent communication at all stages of my new boiler installation. Without Alex's excellent knowledge as both a gas engineer and electrician to resolve tricky technical issues, I have little doubt that my new upgraded system with weather compensation and hot water priority would not be working today. He has knowledge above and beyond most gas engineers, he works in a tidy orderly manner and has great attention to detail, will definitely be using him in the future.

The engineer arrived 45 mins late, with no notification or response to my text and no apology. I was charged for 1 hours labour (£102) for the boiler service (small service). (used to be £60 per hour) now charging VAT. The engineer broke a pin in the air valve of my pressurised cylinder when trying to change it, even though I told him to leave it as it was ok under pressure and not a problem during the past year. I was charge for the repair and time, this cost me another hours labour + VAT (they wanted to charge me two hours for their mistake.) I complained to the company but they insisted it was leaking, not the case.

I highly recommend Blue Whale. They attended to my boiler issue with the precision of an elite military operation! Alex is so respectful and knowledgeable he helped me understand more about my boiler issue than before and to top it all reduced my bill considerably as he said “I am not going to charge you for pushing a button” I have definitely found my ‘forever’ plumbing and heating engineers!

Green Warmth installed a full Air source heating system at our totally refurbished bungalow, we were not too convinced on the choice of heating. Having moved in mid December, the heating has been brilliant and we have been very comfortable. Green Warmth, the installers, have carried out the work in a professional manner and remained punctual in their planned time schedule + a few days out sometimes due to weather conditions and the staff have also been friendly and helpful at all times. We have also had them install a complete Solar system and again we have been very pleased with their performance and professionalism.

Green Warmth have been a fantastic company to work with for my project. From start to finish them have kept me informed, and done a brilliant specification for my build. I have chosen to have a heat pump and solar PV/battery installed. They were careful to spec all to the requirements of the property and at no stage were trying to just get a sale. ( there are some cowboys out there so watch out!!) The owners, office team and onsite technicians are all brilliant in their technical knowledge and installation standards. Installing this equipment is expensive and generally in life you get what you pay for. Green warmth are competitive and are always on the end of the phone to help. I highly recommend them and will be using them for my next projects in the future!

Work commenced on the allotted day! The team of engineers, electricians and plumbers are a well organized team who communicate well. They even dealt with some difficult neighbors who feared that my system would be noisy! It’s not! Green Warmth ensured that all installations conformed with current Welsh regulations. So now I have a great integrated system that is quieter than my garden birds; an app that shows how much electricity is being produced and a smart boost that shows exactly what I’m using when I switch a kettle on! I happily recommend Green Warmth wholeheartedly. The only bad news is that their reputation means you have to wait for surveys and installation due to the demand of would be customers! Worth waiting for.

We recently had a loft extension and the finishing touch was to install air conditioning to mainly keep this area cool during the summer months. Reece & his team installed 4 Mitsubishi cassette air conditioning units at our premises in Hitchin. They were extremely professional and more than happy to work around our busy office. The AC units recommended during our consultation, and so installed by Simple Climate Solutions were of high quality and very easy to operate. Should we ever need further office air conditioning installed we would not hesitate to ask for their help again,
