I have just had air conditioning fitted in 2 rooms, in my home. I have to say I am very impressed with the service I received, from Initial planning visit to installation!The fitters who came out to me were polite and friendly, their attention to detail was impressive and they were very helpful, when it came to moving heavy items of furniture for me. Everything was fully explained and I felt included in the process.The installation took 2 days and everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. When it came to the bedroom, they even hoovered up dust that was already there!!I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone considering having air conditioning in their home. Their prices are reasonable too! I particularly like that Ilmars listened to what I wanted to achieve and gave me different options to help reach my goal.Well done Thorne Air Conditioning!

I engaged Thorne AC to advise and install a suitable cooling solution for my house as, being of modern construction, it become insufferably hot upstairs in the summer. They responded to my request quickly and took me through my options. I had a rather naive view of what solutions were available and they were very kind in steering around my ignorance (very diplomatic!). The solution put forward was very different to my suggestion (thank goodness!) and was absolutely perfect for the job at hand. We recently had to install air conditioning because of my husband's diagnosis of lung cancer, making it difficult for him to breathe in the heat wave we have been experiencing. We wanted to hire a reputable company to do the installation, and having read up on companies near us, we decided to go with Thorne Air, based on reviews about their work. I had a boiler issue that was causing me a lot of stress. Chris was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it in a timely manner. I was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs boiler repair or maintenance.

We have been using C Watson Heating and Cooling services since day one such us general plumbing, gas boiler installation and servicing, water softener installation, and recently for AirCon installation.
