Michael completed a first service on our boiler as we had moved into a new house in Horsham. Being an ATAG boiler, I wanted a ATAG recommended service engineer. Michael came recommended from ATAG. Kings Brighton (a small school in Brighton) have been using YMEC for all gas, boiler and heating related issues for 5 years. The service we get is impeccable. We get reminders about our regular servicing which is very useful and an immediate response to issues when our systems have faults. If repairs are needed they are very quick to source parts and keep me updated about timescales. I find the engineers reliable and trustworthy when on site which is very important in a school environment.
