We brought a 1960s semi-detached house where the heating system probably hadn’t been upgraded since it was built! It had a back boiler, hot water tank and big bulky old radiators. Mark and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. They came over and tested how fast the water was running, what insulation we already had in and calculated the actual radiator sizes we’d need in the rooms (not just replacing the radiators we had in with the same sizes.) He explained that radiators are now more efficient, so we didn’t need big bulky radiators anymore. They then calculated a whole new system to operate on a lower temperature and gave us a selection of boilers to pick from, each boiler had its own positives and negatives. Mark took his time explaining each one so that we knew that the boiler we were choosing was the best well suited for us. Mark listened to our requirements and tailored the system to suit our needs. He understood that we wanted to extend the house in a few years, therefore we wanted a combi boiler which can cope with additional heating and hot water demands so that we were future proofing our home. At the end of the job, he took his time in explaining to us how to use the boiler and the new digital thermostat. He then helped us set it up and answered any questions that we had. Mark and his team take great care and pride in their work and went above and beyond to help make our house our home. I had a house let out and the gas certificate needed renewing. I contacted him and gave him the phone number of the tenant. He did the rest. He contacted them, arranged the visit, was punctual, courteous and completed the job at a reasonable price. I would recommend him and will definately use him again.

They are very clean and tidy and talked and recommend thinks throughout the install.the units are amazing very cold when set to Aircon and very very warm when set to heat. Very impressed

I tried getting simple quotes and information on an aircon installation in our house. There were a few extortionate costs I received, but Anthony's came in quite reasonable, but that wasn't why I chose Anthony. His communication from the beginning was excellent and answering my detailed questions, which sometimes you think a contractor might not be bothered with; but Anthony really explained what was required. We decided to go ahead with a split system after receiving all the information. I had to go to work but my wife was working from home and Anthony started work on installing the system which took 2 days. It's always expected there'll be some snags on the way and this one was due to a few wires and sockets, and Anthony took the lead to ensure that we were not burdened by any set backs, which he returned and rectified. I offered to pay for the additional costs of the extra sockets, because it wasn't Anthony's fault, just a general snag. Overall, the system has been installed, Anthony worked hard - solid - for the 2.5 days installing extra piping on the external wall to our drain line to ensure the system is connected correctly. My wife offered him brews throughout the day but he was happy to get his own Costa and crack on with the job. If anyone is reading this review hesitating to use Anthony or not, you can just leave those doubts at the door and book him in. Thanks Anthony. Wife's happy now she can freeze the house to death and I'll be tampering with the controls behind her back. :D

We had a new boiler fitted by Rob in 2019. He gave us 3 options in different price ranges, all of which were reasonably priced and would provide the correct level of heat and hot water for our household. The actual fitting of the boiler took only one day with zero mess left behind. All paper work and certification was completed and Rob took the time to talk us through how to operate the digital thermostat so we would get the best out of our boiler. We have had no issues with our boiler and Rob has been back to service the boiler too. All in all we were very happy with both the product and the service we received. We would definitely book again next time we need plumbing services.
