Regarding the engineer that came in (sorry I am awful with names) he was absolutely excellent. He is brilliant with customers, took time out to show and detail everything he did, especially when it was time to sign his sheet, very pleasant and polite and even shook hands on arrival and when he left. It was a pleasure to have him in the building and left a really positive feeling towards himself and Aircare from us at Nemco.

Had a new boiler and radiators fitted and removal of the old system, aswell as a new wetroom. The work was all very neatly carried out and great advice given on the type of boiler I should go for. Artistically Multi-Heat are very-up-to-date and modern - which means that I now have a fantastic wetroom and heating system.
