In just four weeks twelve Cool Breeze QAD230 units for the stores and machining areas, and a pair of extractor fans to bolster the existing passive roof ventilation units. Lexon With a warehouse of over 7000 square metres to cool and exacting requirements, the choice of contractor and plant was critical for Lexon. Recommended by a satisfied customer from the same industry, Clean Air engineers quickly set to work designing a cooling system to meet an exacting brief. Twenty nine CoolBreeze QAD230 evaporative coolers were the prescription. The units introduce fresh, filtered, cool air into the building, ensuring a stable environment and temperature. Lexon is delighted, and Clean Air now maintain and service all of the units we install. Rodenstock Rodenstock’s 52,000 square-foot production facility is divided into six production departments, three of which became unbearably hot in the summer. Clean Air installed two evaporative coolers into each of the three production halls, and to dramatic effect. Now the 100 employees in the affected areas enjoy a comfortable working environment. Fresh cooled air travels via ducts to air diffusers while hot, stale air is expelled and temperatures are reduced. Paxton Smart cooling for a smart company... Highly economical to run, each evap cooler is able to reduce the temperature of 360 square metres by up to 16 degrees C. Hexagonal plenums were used to evenly distribute the chilled fresh air to the 1000 m2 factory floor. Polluted hot air is expelled via strategically placed roof vents.
