Since the first day that I walked into the showroom and talked to you about the project it has been a delight to deal with yourself, Bob, Wayne, and the young lady in the office. Communication has been excellent throughout and I have known at every stage what would be happening and when, even when third party subcontractors were involved. I had two survey visits to ensure that even after the order was placed the installation would go smoothly without any surprises holding up progress. During the installation Bob and Wayne were friendly courteous efficient and a pleasure to have in the house, ensuring all disruption was minimised the furnishings were protected and the room was cleaned at the end of the day. Throughout the installation my opinions were sought to ensure the desired outcome although they clearly knew the best way to achieve this. When I returned home, my sink was fully functional and there was no sign they had been here...spotless!
