Tower Square is a 29-story commercial office building located in Springfield, Massachusetts. Standing at 371 feet (113 m), it is the second tallest building in both Springfield and Massachusetts outside of Boston. The building encompasses approximately 300,000 square feet (28,000 m2) and was developed by Mass Mutual. Constructed in 1970 by Pietro Belluschi, Tower Square is designed in the international style. In 2019, MassMutual removed its logo from the building. During the summer of 2021, Wellfleet added their logo to the top of the building facing the Memorial Bridge.
