We specialise in the provision of domestic Natural Gas and Liquified Petroleum Gas training, and assessment under the Nationally Accredited Certification Scheme for Individual Gas Operatives (ACS). The company was founded in 1997 to provide quality training and assessment for gas operatives under the HSC's ACoP scheme. During 1998 the Nationally Accredited Certification Scheme for Individual Gas Operatives (ACS) was introduced to replace the ACoP scheme. To meet the requirements of the scheme, it became necessary for training providers to completely separate ACS assessment from any training provided. Domestic Gas Services are able to provide assessment for almost all the domestic Natural Gas and LPG elements of the ACS scheme. This includes Caravans (both Residential Park Homes and Leisure Accommodation Vehicles) and also Boats. We are also able to offer OFTEC, Electrical and Water qualifications. Quality refresher training prior to assessment is available where the operative requires it. The ACS assessment may be undertaken without prior training, however from experience it has been found that most gas operatives will require some refresher training prior to attending for ACS assessment.
