We aim to fit your new boiler the next working day or on a date that suits you best. Experience has enabled us to recognise the best quality products to use that are efficient, easy to use and cost effective for our customers, which also come with excellent manufactural warranties as all our engineers are approved installers. 123 Heat will ask you for information about your current installation and help guide you through the process of finding the right boiler for you. Our 0% finance plan across 12 monthly instalments helps to make an essential purchase more affordable, without the worry of any upfront costs. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Our engineers are friendly, respectful and work extremely hard to install your new boiler or complete your chosen service. We aim to communicate and respond to all customers and enquiries within 2 hours. Our working hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am – 12:00pm on Saturday.
