The guys (Adam, Steve, Shaun and Sam) are all kind and helpful, they explain everything to you and go to great lengths to restore everything back to normal. As for the workmanship it is nothing short of incredible. The complications of installing a whole new hot water system in a house where other renovations are under way were tidily and competently taken care of, and the end result is so neat I wish it was on show as a piece of artwork.
