Not only are we thanking you for making our home cool and comfortable in the summer, but we know it will be warm and comfortable in the cold Upstate winters to which we are accustomed. I observed your workmanship from start to finish, and I was nothing short of completely impressed. Both you and Tom took the time to answer my questions as well as be completely professional every step of the way. What could of been a very long, trying experience for me, turned out to be a wonderful adventure. When Sheldon arrived home and was looking things over, he also was more then satisfied. We both work with "customers" and we understand how demanding it can be. We also know how hard it is to find people who do good work, are pleasant to work with and get the job done right. “Several years ago when I needed furnace cleaning and servicing and didn't know who to turn to I was a single mom at the time and I used someone out of the yellow pages that "looked" like they had a reliable history. They cleaned my furnace and then led me to believe I needed a new furnace if not right away within a year or two.
